Girls Day

I've been promising Meghan a pedicure for a couple of months now. On Saturday, I treated Meghan, her friend, and I to a pedicure. After the pedicure, we went over to the store Sugar to try on dresses etc... The owner of the store was really great. She turned on Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers, so the kids could dance in the dresses. They had fun!

Keeping Busy

If your on Facebook, you probably know I have an Oncology check up at the end of the week. I'm incredibly nervous. I keep thinking about the day I was diagnosed. The stress, the chemo, hair loss, scans etc... I'm worried... I don't want to go through that again. I have no reason to believe the cancer is back, it's just a normal fear that many go through. The last two nights I've had dreams about the chemo. Last nights dream, I was running through a park, and my hair was falling out behind me.
My Mom is coming up on Tuesday to got to my appt with me. I can't go by myself. It's hard going in and having all the blood work and scans. I need my Mom there to push me through the door.

My friend Nicole, wanted to get my mind off my upcoming appointment so we got together and scrapbooked. I decided to scrapbook some of Zack's baby pictures. I had so much fun doing this, and it got my mind off my worries. I can't wait to start Jourdan and Meghan's book!

All the Cobb Kids

All 5 kids are together again. It is so nice to watch all the kids together. They always pick up where they left off the last time. There is a pretty big age gap, but that doesn't seem to get in the way when the kids playing. I can honestly say, it was nice having a big family again!

Next summer we are hoping to spend a few weeks in San Antonio/South Padre. We thought we would have one more "family" vacation before Alex goes off to College. I believe Alex is going to go to Stanford. I've been trying to talk him in to University of Texas.

Sleeping

This is how I found Dennis, Meghan and Zack when I went out to the living room. This was at about 11pm. I promised Zack her could sleep in our room, so I carried him into our room.






This is how I found Zack around 12am. I thought it was the cutest thing!
