Colorado Biking

Biking in Colorado is probably one of the top sports in the summer. There are usually more bikes than cars around here. And... Lance Armstrong has been training here, so that is more motivation for us to get out there and be more active.

We decided to go on a short bike ride, which turned into a L-O-N-G bike ride in the canyon. It was a lot of fun, but really, really hot. It was about 95 today, but it always feels 10 degrees hotter because of the altitude. We took the bike path along the river, so when it got unbearable hot we played in the river.

More great pictures! There is a great ride that i love to do. You start at Vail Pass and go down through Frisco, Breck Dillion and back up. It is a lot of fun!! AND you have got to be getting in great shape from all this!
