Today we decided to hike up Mt. Sopris. This is my all time favorie mountain. The view of this mountain from Glenwood is beautiful. I really love when it has snow on it. The mountain looks more 3D. We took a dirt road up as far as we could. We were able to drive about 12 miles from the sumit. It was more off roading than driving. When we got out of the car to start our hike we realized it was FREEZING up there, and raining to boot. None of us brought any kind of jackets because it was 90 degrees when we left the house. So, we didn't get to hike up to the summit. Next time!
